The scenery from the room was stunning, showcasing the Alps. However, the walk to the room was quite lengthy, and the hotel isn't located in the city center, which might be a drawback for some travelers.

Aquatis Hotel was conveniently located right above the metro station, making it very easy for me to explore the beautiful city of Lausanne. The spacious common areas were well-maintained and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing afternoon.

The staff was super friendly and responsive to any needs I had during my time there. what made it even better was the close proximity to beautiful spots like the Zoo de Sauvabelin, only a short walk away, and the stunning Lac de Sauvabelin, perfect for a stroll or just to take in the views after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel offered a big desk and the ability to open the window for fresh air, which was a nice touch for someone like me who enjoys soaking in the surroundings while working or planning my next adventure in the heart of the city, but I did notice the gym could use some ventilation improvements as it felt quite stuffy during my workout.
